On the swappix.io website, you can start the exchange process by selecting the coin you want to exchange in the 'You Send' field and the coin you want to receive in the 'You Get' field. To proceed, click the 'Start Exchange' button.
In the next step, enter the address to which the selected currency will be sent. On the same page, you'll find a unique identifier (ID) for this transaction, which you'll need when contacting customer support in case of transaction issues. Please review the 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy Policy.' If you agree to the terms, check the box, double-check all the information, and click the 'Start Transaction' button.
Now your transaction is initiated. On the same page, you'll find the wallet address to which you need to send the coin you wish to exchange. This address will be reserved for this transaction for 8 hours, during which you must send the funds. If you fail to do so within the specified time, the address will be released from reserve, and the received funds will return to the sender's address. Never resend funds to an address received within the same request.
Once the system receives your funds, our service will automatically exchange them through liquidity providers and send them to the address you specified. If you selected the 'floating rate' option, the exchange rate will not be fixed, and the service's calculator will only display the expected rate. Note that this rate does not include the providers' sending fee. Due to high cryptocurrency market volatility, fluctuations in the received amount may occur compared to the calculator's indications.

Usually, the transaction completes within 20 minutes. However, there might be a delay in case of high network load for a specific currency.
